Mituyu enables you to schedule your publishing with their calendar for your social media account. If you want to change a post later, but before it has been sent to be published, it can be saved in the drafts. You can also create customized campaigns for your posts. It does not allow you to add attachments, instead, the media gets posted via URLs. Additionally, it enables you to embed your posts on your website and output your content as an RSS feed too.
