Subcriptions
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.
At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Glaxosoft LLC cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting Glaxosoft LLC customer support team.
A valid payment method, including credit card, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide Glaxosoft LLC with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize Glaxosoft LLC to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.
Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, Glaxosoft LLC will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.
Free Trial
Glaxosoft LLC may, at its sole discretion, offer a Subscription with a free trial for a limited period of time ("Free Trial"). You may be required to enter your billing information in order to sign up for the Free Trial.
If you do enter your billing information when signing up for the Free Trial, you will not be charged by Glaxosoft LLC until the Free Trial has expired. On the last day of the Free Trial period, unless you cancelled your Subscription, you will be automatically charged the applicable Subscription fees for the type of Subscription you have selected.
At any time and without notice, Glaxosoft LLC reserves the right to (i) modify the terms and conditions of the Free Trial offer, or (ii) cancel such Free Trial offer.
Fee Changes
Glaxosoft LLC, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.
Glaxosoft LLC will provide you with a reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.
Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Glaxosoft LLC, we strive to deliver high-quality social media automation and management services. However, we understand that there may be circumstances under which you need to cancel your subscription. This policy outlines the process for cancellation and eligibility for refunds.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, please visit your account settings on our website or contact our customer support team for assistance. Cancellation will be effective immediately.
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your subscription if there is a breach of our terms and conditions, or for non-payment. We will provide prior notice and an opportunity to remedy the situation before cancellation.
All subscriptions are billed in advance. If you cancel your subscription, you can continue to use the service until the end of your current billing cycle. We generally do not offer refunds for the remaining period of the billing cycle after cancellation.
Refund requests submitted due to exceptional circumstances, such as non-usage of the service or technical issues on our part, will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team to discuss your situation.
If you cancel your subscription before the end of a free trial period, you will not be charged. It is your responsibility to cancel the trial subscription before the trial period ends if you do not wish to continue into a paid subscription.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during subscription. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
If you choose to change to a different subscription plan, the change will take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle.
Accounts
When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18, and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on the Service.

Third party services or APIs
