How to Create and Manage Teams

SocialBu Teams is an essential requirement if you want to manage multiple brands or products. A team can handle several social media accounts that are assigned to them by the team admin.

Assuming you are logged in, the following steps will help you create and manage teams on SocialBu.

Step 1 - Go to your teams: (you can also click on the top right user menu and then click on Teams).

Step 2 - Click on New Team or Create a Team.

Step 3 - Fill out the details about the team like name, accounts you want to assign to the team, team members and the post approval members (if any).

Note that you need to add the registered email address of your team members to add to the team. The team member's SocialBu account should be existing and activated.
